Service Terms
These terms govern access to and use of the FoundScript Stability Layer, including any associated APIs, operating modes, evaluation environments, pilots or proof-of-concept services provided by FoundScript Ltd.
1. Nature of the service
FoundScript provides a stability control layer designed to influence execution behaviour in distributed and time-sensitive systems.
Access may be provided in different operating modes depending on the evaluation or deployment context.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access is provided for evaluation, testing or pilot purposes only.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse or disrupt the service
- reverse engineer, decompile or replicate internal mechanisms or behaviour
- bypass regulatory, compliance or security controls using the service
- use the service in violation of applicable laws or obligations
- use the service for benchmarking or competitive analysis without written consent
3. Access and availability
FoundScript may modify, suspend or discontinue access at any time during an evaluation or pilot.
Production use requires a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Stability Layer remain the exclusive property of FoundScript Ltd.
No licence is granted except as required for limited evaluation use.
5. Data and confidentiality
FoundScript does not access or process application payload data. The service may process limited operational or timing metadata solely for service operation, diagnostics or evaluation.
Information exchanged during evaluation or support is treated as confidential.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including performance, availability or fitness for purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundScript Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access, or £1 where no fee applies.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached or where continued use presents risk to systems or operations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
