Service Terms

These terms govern access to FoundScript products, APIs, evaluation environments, pilots, proof-of-concept services and related technical materials.

1. Nature of the services

FoundScript provides developer infrastructure for AI and software systems, including tools for runtime control, workflow observability and reasoning-state management.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access is provided for evaluation, testing, pilot or proof-of-concept purposes only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, replicate, benchmark for competitive analysis without consent, or use FoundScript services in violation of law, regulation, security controls or contractual obligations.

3. Access and availability

FoundScript may modify, suspend or discontinue access during an evaluation or pilot. Production use requires a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in FoundScript products, services, software, APIs, documentation, evaluation materials and related technical systems remain the property of FoundScript Ltd.

No licence is granted except as required for limited authorised evaluation use.

5. Data and confidentiality

Product data handling depends on the relevant FoundScript service and deployment context. Evaluation or support information exchanged with FoundScript is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Customers should not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, regulated or confidential production data during beta testing unless a separate written agreement is in place.

6. Warranty disclaimer

FoundScript services are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise agreed in writing. FoundScript does not warrant uninterrupted availability, specific performance outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundScript Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access, or £1 where no fee applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached or where continued use presents risk to systems, operations, security or legal compliance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
